Harbour Manors 1

The Harbour Manors are the pinnacle of waterside living in the award winning residential community of
Breakfast Point.

Harbour Manors are strategically located to maximize the breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour. Each home is a double storey design including 4 or 5 generous bedrooms with multiple living areas offering flexible indoor and
outdoor living arrangements for the whole family. To compliment the interior design each home has been designed
with terraces and verandahs that stretch from the house to the waters edge to make the most of their stunning location. Each design of the Harbour Manors has a different floor plan and they are the bench mark product for the Breakfast Point development.

PBS Building has been working continuously in Breakfast Point since 2001 and the awarding of the Manor Homes Harbour Manors 2
Project is testament to the quality that we have delivered on every project we’ve undertaken. Whilst designed by Rosecorp Architectural Design, the structure and services were undertaken on a design and construct basis. The
houses had three distinct finishes including rendered brick veneer and Newport cladding. All the homes are fitted with CBUS Smart Home technology with Star Serve controlling all lighting, security, and the home theatres.

Each home is fitted with state-of-the art appliances and the kitchens are designed and equipped to handle the most demanding occasion. Imported Italian stone and high quality American timbers have been used through out each
home to create a personal haven for their new owners.
