Ridgecrest Retirement Village project comprised the addition of 22 Independent Living Units to the already existing Retirement Village. All units feature open plan living/dining areas with private rear and side courtyards.
Constructed between two existing villages, PBS
was highly focused on the
environmental management during all
project
planning and activities, ensuring there was no impact on thee existing villages. 
PBS completed the project under time and on budget, being able to hand the last unit over 4 weeks prior to
the contract completion date.
