PBS Building recently completed Stage 1 of Pavilions on the Park for Australand in St Leonards, Sydney.
Stage 1 comprised 79 apartments over 2 mid-rise buildings. The project incorporates contemporary, stylishly designed apartments with many featuring natural cross-ventilation and basement car parking.
The complexity of the project is its location in a community sensitive area and the associated RSA railway corridor. This required detailed Traffic Management Plans and a Community Consultation Process for dialogue with local residents and property owners, including the establishment of the Community Liaison Committee (CLC) to facilitate information flow to the community.
