PBS Building recently completed student accommodation at the University of Western Sydney.
This project includes the Design and Construction of a greenfield development comprising infrastructure, 342 purpose built student accommodation dwellings, and a community and administration building housing an e-library, meeting and administration rooms, and reception.
All bedrooms have study desks and wardrobes with shared kitchen, living, bathrooms and dining areas.
Internal finishes to kitchen and bathrooms include granite benchtops with melamine joinery and hard wearing components to withstand student use.
A high degree of coordination with the university was required for both services infrastructure and the logistics of
building within an operating university campus.
