With stunning ocean views, The Domain is designed to maximise indoor/outdoor living, featuring 2 living area and 2 outdoor entertaining areas in all townhouses. Residents also have access to exclusive community facilities which include: a 20m swimming pool, tennis court, gym, village green and entertainment pavilion.
The Domain is a tilt panel 2-storey structure with a mixture of façades, offering 1 and 2-storey detached duplex living. The main apartment structure comprises 2-story residences, with split level ground floor.
PBS Building challenged certain aspect of the design and found innovative solutions, achieving considerable time and cost savings for the client The primary example of PBS’s innovative approach was to change the slab design to monolithic raft and provided a long span ‘Bondor’ sandwich panel roof system option. The Domain was originally
designed to be built into the sloping site with independent ground slab and long run metal roofing.
A unique feature of The Domain is the excellent natural ventilation achieved through use of an extensive glazing
system and clever design. High span byfold glazing and 4.7m raked ceiling heights feature in the main 
living/entertainment areas which open onto fully screened outdoor decking areas.
