PBS Building is currently constructing Canberra’s
newest landmark luxury project ‘The apARTments’
which we’re building for the Mologolo Group and
Macquarie Bank.
Located in NewActon, ‘The apARTments’ is an 18-storey
tower set on the edge of Canberra’s CBD amongst
boutique retailers, restaurants, cafes and bars.
‘The apARTments’ offer a variety of one, two and three
bedroom apartments, some with private gardens
and 270 degree views of Canberra City and Lake
Burley Griffin. In addition, residents have access to a
gymnasium, a 32 seat private theatre and 400 secure
basement parking spaces.
The curvilinear tower structure is a combination of
glass, steel and concrete stretching towards the sky.
Only the finest internal finishes and fittings will be
incorporated to complete this luxury tower including
stone flooring, purpose designed light fixtures,
commissioned artworks and stainless steel
Meile appliances.
