Located in Surfers Paradise just a short stroll from Chevron Islands renowned boutique shops, five-star dining, exclusive day spa and wide range of entertainment, ‘Modena on Chevron’ is a true resort style development.
‘Modena on Chevron’ is a 10-storey tower with 1 level of basement parking. Sixty 2 and 3-bedroom units are located in the main tower and 6 high specification townhouses at the base of the tower.
The development features a gym, pool, and outdoor recreation & BBQ area, including private plunge pools, courtyards and terraces in some units and townhouses.
The tower is a concrete frame with post tensioned floor slabs. The insitu concrete façade uses precast decorative elements and highlight aluminium cladding.
The project was procured on a negotiated basis with PBS assisting with the design development, ensuring the
project was delivered within the clients budgetary constraints.
The basement, which sits below the water table, challenged the team during design. In addition, ‘Modena on
Chevron’ is being constructed in a quiet residential area which required extensive neighbourhood consultation prior 
to commencement on site.
