The headquarters for the Australian Crime Commission comprise a purpose built 4500m2 commercial office space based in Braddon, ACT.

The building is 5 Star Greenstar and 5 Star ABGR rated. PBS retained as much usable structure during demolition of the existing building to lesson the environmental impact. The existing basement was retained and all upgrading services complied with the current BCA.

The building features innovative electrical and mechanical solutions including mechanical chilled beams and fresh air conditioning, efficient centrally controlled lighting systems and water saving fittings installed to toilet areas.

The concrete framed structure incorporates aluminium cladding and double glazed low E glass.
