Quality control is a key focus within the PBS Property Group. We continue to refine and improve our quality processes to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest of standards.
Advances in technology have helped us to become more productive. Using a strict document control system by way of a purpose built intranet provides us with the ability to maintain identical processes and procedures across our business.
We have maintained continuous improvement through our significant growth by conducting regular peer reviews during and at the completion of all projects. Our project teams include Construction and EHS Managers who work together to monitor OHS, project planning, and quality control at a site level. We also appoint a senior team member to all projects to leverage our experience in delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
PBS Building has a current ACT Environmental Protection Agreement with ACT Environment. PBS Building also has accreditation as a Housing Industry Association (HIA) "GreenSmart" builder, and AS/NZS 4801:2001 and OFSC accreditation.
