Ian has overseen the growth of the company, from Prestige Building Services in the late 80's to an integrated property business. Ian is also actively involved in a number of national industry bodies that support community and skills training initiatives.
Warren Ahrens
Director
Warren heads up the PBS Homes Division. Warren leads an award winning team in the design and construction of housing projects ranging from custom designed homes through to large residential developments.
David Murphy
Director
David heads up the PBS Building Division which designs and constructs medium to large scale projects. David joined PBS Property Group in 1993 after studying Aeronautical Engineering. He has played a crucial role in the growth of the company.
Peter Carter
Director
Peter has a key role in the day to day site activities of all major projects. Peter was instrumental in the company's successful move to Sydney in 1998, taking direct control of construction work on the Newington Olympic Village.
Wayne Ahrens
Director
Wayne established the PBS Building Division in Hervey Bay in 2005. The Hervey Bay team has quickly earned a solid reputation having won 5 major awards from the MBA for Boat Harbour Place Shopping Centre, The Quarterdecks Harbour Retreat and the Watermark luxury apartments.
Robert Oldfield
Chief Financial Officer
Robert heads up the PBS Finance and Administration Team. Having joined PBS in 2006, Robert's background is in banking and he brings a solid understanding and experience in the corporate finance world to PBS. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
